Love these! Very easy to use and set up, and easy to use with multiple clients. I can already feel the difference in my running after just a couple of weeks of biking 2 x 10 min with the cuffs on.
I love how immediately i feel a surge of energy in my arms after using smart tools for 20 minutes. I am excited to to see my triceps and biceps shape up after just a few weeks of using my tools. This is an absolute must buy.
Love these cuffs. Incredible for the price point. Only 2 issues is they are small (I should’ve ordered one size larger) and they do tend to “un-Velcro” when strapped in and part of the cuff will slip out and thus relieve the occlusion pressure. I wish it could strap in more securely than the small Velcro slips.
Having used the Delphi units in the past I can say that these seem to be just as effective but cost much less. Currently using mine for personal use but may in the future use it with patients after I finish my DPT. I would definitely recommend these.

The SmartCuffs shipped quickly. When I unboxed, the first thing I noticed is how classy the carrying case looks. The cuffs themselves are fantastic. Easy to setup in the app and use. I've used the cuffs for a few weeks and already noticing some definition. Excited to see continued results. Great product, excellent customer service.
I have terrible knees which make going up stairs and other simple taskds very difficult. After using my smart cuffs my knees feel fantastic!

What I love about the 4.0 vs the 3.0 is that they reinflate before every set just to be sure they are holding pressure. My 3.0 cuffs required me to hook the external hose/pump back to each cuff to top it off between sets. This is way faster and more convenient.
Love the ease of use and automatic calibration. This was above and beyond my expectations very comfortable and easy to use. Instructions were simple, linking and connecting to the app was very straightforward.

I'm very happy my the Smart Tools 4.0 BFR band. It works great and I'm already seeing an improvement in quad size. I have a lateral and medial meniscus tear and some significant arthritis which has caused muscle loss and quad tone. This band is helping me build my quad again.
Like the smart cuffs. The app does not match what the user manual states. Get your stuff up to date.
Took 2 months to deliver when it was stated it would be a week for delivery initially. The company offered no discount, other physical products, and had minimal concern for customers aside from recommending a different model or cancelling the order. Quality product though!

As a 66 year old woman, that just had bilateral total knee replacements, the Smart Cuffs have given me a jump start to rebuilding my strength. I had read about BFR training, so when my PT brought the SmartCuffs out of the case and explained how we were going to incorporate them into my recovery, I was excited to see them in action. After one session I knew I was going to purchase the kit. They are expensive, but I looked at it as a long term investment towards my recovery and overall health. And, as I age and can no longer lift as heavy, they will help me build and retain muscle, which is so important as we get older. I am not tech savvy, but the SmartCuffs are very simple to set-up and use. I am very glad I didn’t procrastinate on this purchase!
Love the quality and app interface
I had bilateral knee replacement and my PT used the SmartCuffs on my legs. I had read about BFR training, so I was excited to try it. By incorporating this training, along with stretching techniques, my strength recovery has been fast! I’m a 66 year old female that was physically fit before the surgery, but I lost muscle fast. I loved this training so much that I ordered my own set for home. This is an investment in my recovery and health as it will assist me as I age and can no longer lift as heavy. The cuffs and app are easy to set up and use, I’m no tech genius for sure, and I feel amazing after working out with them. I highly recommend!

I’ve been using the SmartCuffs 4.0 for a few weeks now on my shoulder rehab (rotator cuff + biceps tendinitis) and I’m really happy with them. The pump I get during the BFR raises is noticeable, and I’ve been able to progressively overload while keeping things joint-friendly. I’ve also started using the leg cuffs on my strength days and they’ve been great so far. They’re easy to use at home, calibrate well, and the app makes it simple to follow the protocols. The build quality feels solid and they’re comfortable enough to wear during sets. If you’re dealing with an injury or just want an effective way to train without heavy loads, these are worth it. Very happy with the purchase.

Extremely helpful for my home physical therapy. I have permanent damage to my left knee and trying BFR cuffs at PT has help a lot. Now that I have a personal set at home I can maintain the strength Ive gain!
I love these things! From preparing a pitcher to throw, or help a pitcher to recover, to everything in between such as recovery from rotator cuff repairs to hip labral repairs to PRP injections and then general conditioning...these are amazing for my patients and I have even used it on myself!
Great product and customer service. Very high quality materials used and clearly built to last. App connects easily and the app is easy to use and workouts can be saved. The set up/calibrations is very quick and can be altered very easily. My son and I use the same cuffs and no issues sharing them. His phone stores his setting and mine stores mine. If you looking for a BFR device by buy this one and you'll be very happy. My only regret is I only bought cuffs for my legs and I wish I had bought the arms cuffs at the same time.
As a physician in the functional longevity medicine industry , I’ve use this product for past 2 weeks with great results as I am rehabbing a lateral tear in my patella tendon. I’ve been able to feel my left leg getting a solid workout in to maintain my strength, keep up my cardio, and get plenty of blood flow to my tendon to allow it to heal faster as I’ve noticed improvement in my tear. Highly recommended and will so to my patients.

I’ve been unable to fully participate in martial arts classes because I have a bad foundation due to my left knee. Favoring that knee has caused my left leg to be significantly weaker than my right leg. Having smart cuffs in use for just 2 weeks has increased the strength in my left quad to the point where my knee is no longer achy when I walk, when I take small stairs, and is significantly stronger in my martial arts classes. Now, kata and kicks are much less painful and I don’t feel the need to sit constantly.
Great cuffs, I already used it with my ACL reconstruction client. Easy to use, it sets a personalized pressure for each client. As a physical therapist, I will be using these a lot with myself and clients to create speedy recovery.
