I wish I could have gotten 4.0 but you were out of stock, and I needed the 3.0 immediately for my PT post surgery on my meniscus that has me off my right leg for 6 weeks. I was hoping for more upgrades over 2.0 I guess. Also, it does not deflate properly when I finish the exercise. I have to try to hold down the nozzle and the hole is so small. It shoudl just deflate once i clip the hose back in and hit start new exercise but it does not.
Switched from another brand to these and it was worth it. these are fantastic. no complaints.
The Smart Cups have been great for my hip recovery from surgery. Highly recommend them. Easy to use and gives a great workout

I also purchased the extra PRO box to store and carry the components and recommend this to anyone. The comports from the pump to the cuffs were incredibly user friendly and arrive ready to go. Reading the getting started segment is recommended as well.
Very easy to use, cuffs inflate quickly once the correct pressure is established. I have been using BFR for years off and on as I have a lot of arthritis and other injuries from 30 years of powerlifting and heavy manual labor. It has enabled me to continue lifting hard but in a different way. It was hard to give up the heavy lifting initially but if you do BFR properly and with a good set of cuffs with the correct pressure it is very intense and pump is so intense it is almost painful. I upgraded from a set of manual cuffs, and although kind of pricey, these are much, much better because I can see myself using it more and more as I get older.
I like everything except the connection points on the cuffs. I have some concerns as to their longevity. The cuffs are surprisingly comfortable. The main unit ( I have the 3.0) is very intuitive and easy to work with. The provided instructions and associated resources are very good.
I used a version of these cuffs in physical therapy. They were a game changer in my progress to strengthen my knee. I am nearing the end of my six months of physical therapy and plan to continue using them at home.
These cuffs are high quality, and I have been loving the results from using them. Intending to avoid surgery, I am glad to have them for long-term elbow rehabilitation. I use them 3-4 times per week for my PT and have been trying them for supplemental strength training too. Following a hard session, the muscles and connective tissue are definitely well exercised, but without the impact. I plan to use them far into the future.
